In this interactive session, we will dive into some of the frameworks and practices that were developed by the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute in response to the impact that Covid-19 has had on organizations, teams and their employees. Formerly only available to Googlers, now these transformational blended learning experiences backed by world experts in neuroscience, mindfulness and emotional intelligence are being offered to organizations worldwide that are seeking to truly build a thriving working culture.
These are essential tools and practices that are firstly meant to support L&D leads in their own ongoing development and resilience building. Secondly, they can create an imprint of how to support their employees and teams better in order to help them navigate these disconnected and uncertain times better.

Amsterdam born and Berlin based, John is a certified facilitator of the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute , a certified Integral Coach and an accredited Enneagram practitioner . He has lived, studied and worked in 5 countries across 3 continents. He is on a mission to help establish more human centered, purpose driven leaders, teams and organizations. He facilitates transformational programs to bring a greater sense of belonging, increase motivation, productivity, employee wellbeing and (self)leadership. Besides that, he accompanies leaders, entrepreneurs & those in transition in transformative coaching processes to enable an authentic way of living & working. He brings in his prior experience as an product leader and entrepreneur and has spent a number of years working at the European HQ of Google and GetYourGuide.
