Anna Richardson, Contentful
Anna Richardson is an HR Professional with over 10 years experience, gained across a variety of industries in Australia, UK, Africa and Germany. Anna moved to Berlin 6 years ago and in that time has developed a passion for the start-up/tech scene where she’s held multiple leadership positions. She is currently Director of People, EMEA at Contentful GmbH. A strong believer in team empowerment and open communication, Anna has led multiple programs to drive engagement and enhance stakeholder and employee experience. As the on point person for Europe when it has come to navigating our way through the covid pandemic and new virtual environment, Anna and her team have played a key role in redefining the onboarding process at Contentful.Outside of work, Anna is (usually) an avid traveller but is also busy raising her 2 year old son. She can also be found enjoying a nice Australian red wine with her husband and friends.
Ariel Hunsberger, Slack
As an Organizational Effectiveness leader at Slack, Ariel focuses on building programs that provide learning and opportunities for growth at every stage of an employee’s experience. With a background in education and linguistics, Ariel loves translating concepts for learners and connecting people to the knowledge they need in order to be successful in their work and build communities of belonging.
Laura Naemi Jung, HelloFresh
Laura Naemi Jung is a new face to the HR field and was able to quickly develop and specialize herself in the area of learning & development. Laura moved to Berlin over 3 years ago and has grown quickly into an allrounder in the business world. Starting from being a sales trainee, on to managing a small HR team in the event sector but her greatest passion was always to strategize and pioneer with startup founders like she did by co-founding a sustainable fashion brand based in Germany. She is currently the global onboarding manager and L&D specialist at HelloFresh in Berlin and is an advocate for implementing good/engaging communication and strong leadership for the people in HelloFresh.
Marisa Kittel, Doctolib
Marisa is People Success Partner at Doctolib where she supports new employees in their learning journey, their growth and well-being within their first six months. She has a background in international and European law and studied between Paris and Berlin after which she first stepped into political communication. Passionate about creating a workplace bringing out the best in people, she shifted careers by joining tech startups in different HR roles. She is also a facilitator and community lead for the topic of new work within the association MentorMe, a Mentoring-Programme for women.
Gudrun Leibl, HelloFresh
- Born and raised in Vienna/Austria in 1984.Understood the importance of good people management as a volunteer for a big sports-club, leading the youth section
- 18-year old Gudrun’ s degree of choice: International business with focus on Change Management and Organisational behaviour
- 30-year old Gudrun’ s degree of choice: Psychotherapy studies (currently enrolled)
- 8 years in Corporate HR roles with Mars in Austria, Germany, Balkan Adriatic and Baltic countries where I learned a lot about the beauty of having diverse teams
- Since 2019: shifting from Corporate to Scale-up with HF, building the L&D function from scratch.
