Philipp Spiekermann, CEO of the leadership development platform Co-Leader, helps companies to implement training programs that ensure lasting training success. Philipp is an expert for personalized and practically relevant training designs and with Co-Leader he has set the goal make leadership development more sustainable. Before Co-Leader, Philipp worked as a strategy consultant for McKinsey & Company and as product manager for London-based mobile learning company KO-SU. Philipp holds degrees in business administration from universities in Muenster and Cologne.
