This session will help facilitators and leaders to show up grounded and centered in themselves in order to have a powerful presence in whatever program or event they are leading. The energy of the facilitator has a big impact on the overall participant experience – and can either empower deep learning and connection, or create disconnect and confusion. These tools and techniques will support you, as a facilitator (or leader), to be intentional about how you show up and the impact your presence has on a group.

Your facilitator: Amanda Parker
Amanda Parker is a Leadership Coach and creator of the Alchemy Transformational Leadership Program. She founded The Courage Factory to help visionary leaders and entrepreneurs show up to their business and life with their whole heart. Now she’s expanded her brand to reach leaders seeking to tap into their inner wisdom and deepen their connection to their higher consciousness.
For over a decade, Amanda has served as a transformation catalyst for heart-centered businesses with global leaders and executives at startups, nonprofits, and global corporations – including WWF, World Bank Group, World Economic Forum, UNICEF, and Zalando.
Along with an EMBA from IE Business School, Amanda holds a BA in Latin American Studies and Spanish from Tulane University and professional certifications from the Co-Active Training Institute, the International Coaching Federation, and Cornell University.
