About this event
Driving creativity means driving resilience: enabling teams and leaders to bounce back and give themselves options by giving them the skill to have the right ideas on command.
Creative leadership means taking the lead in the process – as a team leader or as an HR. It means using this skill to drive a change in the orgnizational’s dynamics, resilience and culture, and letting everyone see how tangible this impact it.
Now, creativity – contrarily to what you might thing – is not a talent, it’s a way of operating, a skill. Being a skill it does not depend on tools, it depends on knowing what the steps are and on training it.
In this workshop we’ll be looking at both aspects, i.e. what processes to follow, how to train it and how to drive this change in others.
Specifically we’ll look at:
- why creativity in leadership and in hr
- what it is and what it isn’t
- what processes creativity is built on
- how to operate those processes
- how to train, i.e. exercises and techniques
You’ll leave this workshop with a renewed perspective on resilience, innovation and agility, and a fresh mindset that you can start using to drive change in your organization immediately.
