The Role

Zattoo is looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager with expertise in creating and executing end-to-end scalable learning and development programs. Supporting a self-led learning approach you will provide virtual, blended, and live learning experiences for all levels of our organization which tangibly and positively impact performance. This is a brand new and highly collaborative role to build and shape the Learning and Development landscape of Zattoo. The role will report directly to the Chief People Officer and be based in Berlin.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaboratively build our Learning and Development strategy and programs, this means you will:
  • Own and drive the L&D roadmap aligning learning to business priorities and Zattooies’ needs 
  • Analyze learning needs and engage in performance feedback to create continuous learning paths
  • Design learning experiences that provide personal and professional growth for team members and leaders
  • Deliver engaging virtual, blended, and live learning experiences, including management training, onboarding sessions, and more
  • Support the organization as an advisor on L&D best practices and collaboratively create a seamless end to end learning experience across various programs
  • Develop and curate content as well as supporting others to do the same
  • Roll-out tools and effectiveness measures needed 
  • Encourage an open and collaborative learning environment that fosters knowledge transfer, and the sustainability of knowledge and skills

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience building scalable learning & development solutions
  • Demonstrated experience in collaboratively developing and owning an L&D roadmap
  • Expertise in creating and delivering programs, operational processes and training 
  • Track record of analyzing, designing, creating and delivering engaging training content
  • A broad variety of techniques to ensure engagement, knowledge transfer, skill development as well as efficient and enjoyable learning
  • Knowledge of learning and development approaches, learning models and best practices, and learning assessment
