sennder is looking for an exceptionally motivated and talented Learning & Development Program Partner with a strong customer focus.

The Learning & Development Partner will play a key role in building, coordinating and delivering a full curriculum of programs, including function-specific, sennder-led and externally-sourced content. The Learning & Development Partner will work closely with the business stakeholders and leadership to set learning and strategy, build and deliver programs, and evaluate effectiveness and impact.

Your challenge will be:

  • Lead our global Learning & Development strategy across 7 countries
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to establish and communicate program management
  • Create personalized, tailormade development programs for the specific needs of teams and managers, in collaboration with the HR Business Partnership Team.
  • Develop and experiment with new learning solutions and create intellectual property that advances the impact for learners
  • Communicate and guide access to programs; ensure key stakeholder understanding of the investment and impact of learning programs
  • Choose and implement platforms and systems to host L&D activities and measurements.
  • Create personalized, tailormade development programs for the specific needs of teams and managers, in collaboration with the HR Business Partnership Team.
  • Build and manage a comprehensive set of analytics to measure learning, effectiveness and impact
  • Work and collaborate with local and international vendors & trainers.
  • Deliver and facilitate learning sessions.

 To get there you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience managing learning, leadership and/or professional development programs
  • Professional L&D qualifications or undergraduate degree in related field
  • Experience working with industry standard Learning Management Systems (LMS) and reporting/measuring training results and learning impact; strong technical aptitude in the learning and development function
  • Strong background in the design and development of training programs and curriculum materials for dispersed audiences
  • Experience in delivering a blended learning environment including: eLearning, virtual training and distance learning methods, classroom/instructor-led training, and on-the-job training/mentoring.
  • Demonstrated expertise in program and project management around multiple, concurrent projects; includes process improvement efforts and strong change management capability
  • Able to personally facilitate learning programs and create content as needed
  • Demonstration of training in a high speed and high hiring volume environment
